individual therapy

Individual therapy provides you an opportunity to clearly identify and work through your personal challenges, develop skills to transform your life, and practice what you are learning in a safe and supportive space.  It's a partnership where we work together to meet your goals.
I'm a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider offering individual teletherapy in two ways:
Online therapy is a convenient way for us to meet face-to-face.  Similar to Zoom or FaceTime, I use a HIPPA secure platform where we'll meet for our sessions.  You need a quiet, private space for us to talk openly.

by phone
Phone sessions are a great option for recurring therapy clients. For each session I'll simply give you a call at the number you provide.  I do ask to meet online first to help us get acquainted and ready to build our therapeutic relationship.

walk & talk
Walk & talk sessions are conducted outdoors at a public park chosen in advance, offering psychotherapy coupled with sunshine, fresh air, and exercise all-in-one. AS AVAILABLE.
